Our most prized cut of beef is the fork-tender melt in your mouth filet. Each hand cut, trimmed and packaged piece is approximately 8oz and 3" in thickness.
Cooking recommendations:
- This cut is perfect for the grill and pan searing. Due to its’ high amount of marbling, we recommend searing both sides on high heat, then lower the temperature and continue cooking to your preference.
