Our sirloin is sought after for its flavor and tenderness. Each hand cut and packaged piece is approximately 16oz and 1.5" in thickness.
Cooking recommendations:
- This cut is perfect for the grill, slow cooked, pan searing and shabu shabu. We recommend searing both sides on high heat, then lower the temperature and continue cooking to your preference.
