Our bone-in marbled steaks are tender, juicy, and the most flavorful, with just the right amount of fat. Each hand cut and packaged piece is approximately 16oz and 1.5" thickness.
Cooking recommendations:
- This cut is perfect for the grill and pan searing. Due to its’ high amount of marbling, we recommend searing both sides on high heat, then lower the temperature and continue cooking to your preference.
