Our marbled steaks are tender, juicy and very flavorful, with just the right amount of fat. Each hand cut and packaged piece is approximately 16oz and 1.5" thickness.
Cooking recommendations:
- This cut is perfect for the grill, pan searing, roasting and shabu shabu. For steaks, due to its’ high amount of marbling, we recommend searing both sides on high heat, then lower the temperature and continue cooking to your preference.
